This exhibition examines the strategies used by the authorities during the wartime to enhance support for the conflict through a series of posters, flyers and war song records. The propaganda techniques were wide ranging and were designed to engulf the public’s sense of sight and hearing and this exhibition draws our attention to the manner in which people were manipulated and controlled, with a critical eye towards how such techniques continue to this day.
