This event has ended.

“The Light of Culture - Wrap the World – Brilliantly” are words from extraordinary collector Takayuki Masaki. The Masaki Art Museum was established in order to exhibit his vast collection of approximately 1,300 pieces and make it available for research. To commemorate the museum’s 120th anniversary in 2015, the “Takayuki Masaki Collection Special” will be held for 2 years from this year.
Takayuki Masaki not only founded the Masaki Art Museum, but passionately planned exhibitions to present his collection to the world. Masaki’s exhibition is presented this year in order to re-introduce the collection from a new viewpoint.

There will be 3 exhibition periods, focusing on different areas:
[Part 1: Shourai Kaiga and Kotouten] Aug.23 (Sat) - Oct.19 (Sun)
[Part 2: The Beauty of Tea] Oct.25 (Sat) - Dec.21 (Sun)
