20:30–22:00 Catherine Contour (Dancer) & Yuki Nakagawa (Cellist)
Both Catherine Contour (France) and Yuki Nakagawa (Japan) have collaborated with many other artists of various genres and have developed unique expressions. They will create a magical space with dance and cello music. Their performance created through their delicate improvisations, interaction with the audience and the method of minimalism will inspire a tea ceremony.

KYOTO EXPERIMENT 2014 Public Program
10:00-22:00: Teppei Kaneuji “Cubed Liquid, Metallic Memory”
Teppei Kaneuji is a Kyoto based artist who has shown his work in Japanese museums as well as in overseas exhibitions. Recently, Kaneuji has been working in stage design and by combining and reshaping everyday items such as plastic goods, dolls, magazine cut-outs, stickers etc., he invites us to a world that feels somewhat familiar even though we have never seen it before.

19:30-21:00: Live Painting “Specter of Trace”
Kenji Itagaki (Artist) + Chihiro Mori (Artist)+ Yuichi Yokoyama (manga-ka & artist) + Teppei Kaneuji. Three unique artists will “trace” Towaraya Sotatsu’s “God and Thunder God Screens” 
A 90 min storm performance!
