Originally from Kyoto, Genta Suzuki (b. 1971) studied glass blowing in Sweden before practicing in Venetia and New Zealand. He currently has a studio in Nanto, Toyama Prefecture. His sixth solo exhibition presents flower vases, pots, tableware, and other beautiful, translucent items demonstrating a return to Japanese glass blowing using techniques practiced since the Edo period.
