The works of Hiroshi Mizuta (b. 1982) feature tangible motifs found in urban life such as cars, highways, and walkers. He abstractly layers fragmented images interweaving everyday spectacles with other images associated with these scenes. His landscapes organically integrate physical perceptions of balance based on sensations of warmth or cold on our skin, or high or low sounds in our ears. Details of expanding and repeating patterns produced with a unique use of color stimulate diverse points of view through the various aspects or gradations of these transforming worlds.
