In an exchange program with Taipei based gallery Galerie Grand Siècle, Gallery Nomart presents the work of Ting-Ting Cheng. From her base in London, where she is currently undertaking an MFA at Goldsmiths College, Cheng continues to build an oeuvre of cutting edge work grappling with the shifts in identity through cross cultural communication, often embodied in the form of photography, moving image and installation. Having already presented a number of solo shows across Europe and Taiwan, here Cheng marks her first solo exhibition in Japan, furthering her international reputation.
Her Japanese counterpart Naruki Oshima will also be holding an exhibition at Galerie Grand Siècle between 21st March-18th April 2014, also to be accompanied by the launch of his latest catalogue.
