Taking a brief recess from copperplate engraving since the start of this year, Yui Koyanagi presents a new collection of oil paintings. Keiko Mikami, woodblock printing artist, is having a break from her annual solo exhibition in Oto Gallery this year. This group show will serve as a last look at her artwork. Yuri Yamaoki’s new artworks are on show, from her time away from her annual exhibitions, over the last few years.
All three artists share common ground, in that the reason for their rest is for childbirth and child-rearing. This is a chance to view their newly evolved work after such a life-changing experience.
