Miyabi Katayama began to make artwork during her 2010 stay in Denmark as a researcher for a cultural affairs agency and received high praise for a retrospective exhibition this year in the Okanoyama Museum of Art in Nishiwaki. Oil paintings, glass works, and drawings make up the 40 pieces on show in this exhibition. Small glass works will also be available for purchase, from the art shop “Yuri no Ki.”
