This event has ended.

Mizunoki Museum hosted a Japanese boat-making workshop in May. The American boat carpenter Douglas Brooks worked with seven young people for three weeks on restoring a Japanese fishing boat, and the director Daishi Matsunaga documented the process. The museum now presents this film. Please note that because of its launch that day, the boat will not be exhibited at the museum on Jun. 29 (Sun).
