Presenting around 50 works by three generations of painters: Shoen Uemura (1875-1949), painter of dignified bijinga (beautiful women portraits), Shoko Uemura (1902-2001), who produced refined kachoga (bird and flower) paintings, and Atsushi Uemura (1933-), who created his own unique style of Oriental painting and introduced a new sensibility in kachoga. Come see the lineage of beauty passed down for three consecutive generations.
