Satoshi Kino, a ceramist from Kyoto, Japan, has been creating pottery since the age of fifteen. Today he is an independent potter with his studio in Kyoto. The silence and tension that exists in nature, such as water, air, and plants, are the source of inspiration for Kino’s ceramic works.
