This event has ended.

With the aim of developing a new industry in Kyoto, the shojo (girls’) manga and fashion-themed project “Kyoto Manga Girls Collection” (Kyoto MaGiC) first created clothing inspired by shojo manga in 2011.

For the third time, Kyoto MaGiC has collaborated with Shueisha’s weekly publication “Margaret,” which celebrates its 50th Anniversary, and “Bessatsu Margaret.” The exhibited clothes are all thematically based on two works running in these magazines, “Mairunovitch” by Zakuri Sato” and “Kimi ni Todoke” by Karuho Shiina. There will also be a fashion show.
