This event has ended.

The animals of Acari Adachi’s paintings have god-like or maternal presences. Polka dots reflect people’s hearts like mirrors, and manmade objects and buildings seem like characters viewed by others. Adachi’s works also feature wood grains, into which colors are blended naturally. By painting animals, Adachi makes inquiries about the hearts and minds of viewers and the existence of living things, expressing her own unique form of humanism. Around 15 of her astonishing works, including 10 new paintings, are on display and for sale.
