This exhibition for six women lacquer artists belonging to the Kinki branch of the Nihon Kogei-kai (Japan crafts association) presents works rooted in traditional technique but imagined with scenes of contemporary life in mind. Made by artists who both create and use lacquer, these works are sure to bring richness, color, and sweetness to your life.
