The Hase-dera Temple is said to have been constructed during the Hakuho Period and developed as the sacred place for Kannon from the Nara Period. Introduced in this exhibition are the abundant treasures of Hase-dera Temple and materials related to Kannon ”Goddess of Mercy.”
