In recent years Satoru Uchiyama has been deconstructing and rebuilding his processes of painting through the lenses of “action,” “time,” and “matter.” In these works, he wonders whether the reality of people today exists within the rapidly advancing technologies that jeopardize us but which we have little choice but to happily accept.
