The desire to be beautiful, stylish, and lovely: these desires continue to exist from ancient times. Displayed are approximately 1500 pieces, from combs, ornate hairpins, and cosmetic goods that compliment beauty. In addition, portraits of beautiful women displaying hairstyles from the Edo Period, by artists such as Utagawa Toyokuni and Kunisada.
