Masterpieces of Traditional Japanese and Western-style Paintings

This exhibition showcases around 40 paintings owned by the museum. They include traditional Japanese style paintings, including the works of Kagaku Murakami, Hakou Irie, Keisen Tomita and Shinsen Tokuoka, who painted depictions of summer, as well as work of inspired by Western-style paintings, by Keiichiro Kume, Narashige Koide, Tsune Nakamura, Yasuo Kuniyoshi, Kunitaro Suda, Toshiyuki Hasegawa and Seiji Choukai amongst others.
