The venerable history of the Hosokawa family, which goes back to the Muromachi period, has a deep and profound relationship with Japanese art and aesthetics. After his retirement from politics, former prime minister Morihiro Hosokawa devoted himself to calligraphy and the ceramic arts. On display at this exhibition are his ceramic works.
