Presenting an outstanding selection of 40 modern works from the Nakano Museum of Art’s collection, focusing on Nihonga by painters such as Kokei Kobayashi, Kagaku Murakami, and Hako Irie, along with the Western-style paintings of artists including Shigeru Aoki, Tetsugoro Yorozu, Tsuguharu Fujita, and Yasuo Kuniyoshi. Prints by Tetsuro Komai and Yozo Hamaguchi are also among the featured works.
