Yoshihito Mizuuchi’s mobile, changeable works made with wood and other common materials are often powered by things like water or spring onions. He also produces live performances and DJ events using “words” as his media. Both types of work take a low-tech approach, raising unpretentious, even child-like questions and making straightforward observations that experiment with the innocence of the viewer’s perspective.
