Presenting the outcomes of the 10 day artist in residence program of Asuka Art Village in which 5 artists gathered in collaborative production while in dialogue with the people and environment of the local area. The idea of “contemporary Asuka” will be manifested in the works of these 5 artists, exhibited in a valley-like space between two ancient tombs, much like an “Utsuwa.” This exhibition will be held outdoors for the first time since it’s inception 3 years ago.
