Tempus fugit is a Latin phrase, usually translated into English as “time flies.” This exhibition reconsiders the subject of “time” through the museum’s collection, showcasing works such as Claude Monet’s masterpiece “Water Lilies,” Pierre Bonnard’s oil painting “Still Life in the Opened Window,” and contemporary artist Yukihiro Yamagami’s sceneries expressed through his paintings and moving image work.
