Daas is a Japan-based American artist known for bold, colorful, and geometric paintings and wall murals. While rooted in representational art, his work also combines elements of pop art and cubism with designs resembling origami patterns thrown into the mix. The subjects of his works are diverse – from animals and insects to musicians, artists, and imaginary houses. “Predators” is about the anger, fear, and anxiety that humans harbor, emotions that also lend themselves to tremendous creative power.
