Hideki Kimura has been an internationally acclaimed painter and printmaker since his 20s. For the third installment of his ongoing “Project Periods” started in the 1970s, he has selected works from 10 series spanning his career and created new silkscreens from his current perspective, displaying these works along with their originals. This exhibition focusing on large canvas works from the mid-1980s is a valuable opportunity to revisit his masterpieces.
