The Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair is the largest trade show of manga and anime is western Japan. Publishers, anime production companies, filmmakers, broadcasters, and others in the industry gather to promote their works and hold mini-events at their own booths. There will also be a cosplay area, merchandise on sale, and opportunities for aspiring manga artists to present their works. The Kyoto International Manga Museum will hold related events at Rohm Theatre Kyoto near Miyako Messe.
