An artist in pursuit of function and beauty, Masafumi Tanaka uses the techniques of slipcasting and glazing to produce elegant, functional shapes. His pieces contain a wealth of color from the pastel to the vivid that contrasts with the graceful white of the ceramics. This is Tanaka’s first exhibition at Sophora.
