The Kobe Artists Museum, opened in March, 2007, focuses on the art of Kobe’s Western-style oil painters, including pieces that have decorated Kobe Bunka Hall, Kobe Labor Hall, and other civic facilities. Its collection includes several works from the 1960s–1980s with an unusual and otherworldly style, now on display.
