For the “Self Select: Migrants in Tokyo” project presented at the Socially Engaged Art exhibition at 3331 Arts Chiyoda in Tokyo, Yoshinari Nishino had four immigrants living in Tokyo swap clothing with Japanese people they didn’t know and then make their own new clothes based on the experience.
