Room Lies of Nooo Kitty (the new Bar Kitty) presents “Flowing Water Turbidity”, with works by Shotaro Ikeda (poet) and Yusuke Hukuda (painter).
Osaka born poet Shotaro Ikeda has been performing poetry readings since 2014, and now runs an ex Okaki (Japanese Confectionery) factory “Yamamoto Seika” where he organizes exhibitions and plans various activities. Though originally organizing exhibitions with the aim of fusing contemporary art and the city, Yusuke Fukuda has been devoted to producing his own works since 2010. This is a thought provoking and visually stimulating exhibition by two forward thinking artists.
Another exhibition, “Imaze Club” (Imezi-Kurabu) is presented in the other gallery space at Nooo Kitty, Room Seas, with works by Hisataka Kisu.
