Shiawase no mura, a welfare organization in Osaka, assists the creative activities of people with disabilities and promotes their works with the “Art of the Heart” exhibition. This year’s selection of works is presented at Design Creative Centre Kobe Kiito. Approximately 100 works are exhibited, and on the first day artist Saki Arai will give a concert with her family. Yoshie Kris, director of Slow Label, another organization supporting the activities of people with disabilities, will also give a talk.
