An exhibition of African Art, showing Lamiel Boubli’s “Potomo Waka” or slingshots that originate from the Baule People. These catapults were believed to protect the holder and was kept as a lucky charm during hunting activities. The beauty of these pieces had a great influence on avant-guard artists such as Picasso.
