Gallery Shimada, which has held annual exhibitions for the painter Yoshio Nakajima since 1984, presents a grand-scale show for this energetic artist called the “Japanese Giant” and “Thunderbird” by European and American fans. For the first time in Japan, “Yoshio Nakajima Document” and other publications offering an intimate look at the artist’s life are displayed.
