The mirror signifies the self: By facing the artist's "mirror" and the viewer's "mirror" together, one can find an inner discovery (reflection) and gain a sense of comfort. The exhibition features photography, film, sculpture, and performance art, yet most works approach the use of space as an installation. The "comfortable doze" used in the exhibition title indicates one's narcissism that occurs when one sees an image of a landscape or oneself on a reflective surface. The "reflection" is one's response to the original reaction to this image.
