Taikichi Irie photographed Yamato-ji for half a century and exhibited photographs of Buddhist statues, historical landscapes and the Yamato village landscape after the war. This exhibition is divided into four sections; this first section introduces the origins of Irie's landscape "Ikaruga no Sato (Ikaruga village)" that document the changing landscapes of Nara.

*Free admission between 1/22(Tue) - 3/20(Thu/Holiday).
