This event has ended.

Inspired by the landscapes created by light, Yoko Ikegami interacts with the light and expresses by freeing herself.
By using charcoal as a material, Ikegami expresses the dialogue that occurs between light, shadow, time and the artist herself. With the exhibition space located in the Senba building, built during the Taisho period (a space in reality), the artist creates a "place with sunshine" (an unreal space) in using the windows that allow light to flow through.
