"This hotel contains a history of hundred and ten-something years. The quiet atmosphere inside is like a never-ending stream and greets people with comfort but with a spice of anxiety.
Sprinkles of western culture influences are found, and much like wine, the once innovative architecture seems old yet tasteful. This unique taste is the result of the architecture absorbing memories of the people who stayed and used this place.
When sitting at the old lobby couch, I realize that I too have become part of the hotel's distinctive taste. The hotel also 'documents' our presence in its history."
