With Une exposition de photographies/An exhibition of photographs, Guillaume Leingre reaches the very disturbing equilibrium of creating "silent photographs". Photographs of virtual spaces and multiplicating cells. Primitive photographs. Primordial photographs. They work like looking glasses where a shameless reality repeats on a mathematical algorithm. That’s what we found there, in the obsolescence and captivating mystery of the QR Code, a photograph that recalls a mandala structure dedicated to the relentless beauty of an exponentially abstract world.
