Japanese university students, when they reach their third year, begin their hunt for work. For the artist this gives her a feeling of unease and discomfort, confronted by the spectacle of funereal, studio-shot cadaver photo-like groups, clad all in black, heading for their interviews.
They are told to write their resumes in a way easy to read for inspection. They must practice for the character analysis. One has to take care not to do things like use slang words, and further always to use the politest forms of address.
The artist was certainly not able to escape from this pressure but at last now the whole thing has become a magnificent comedy.
