This event has ended.

Exhibition of color photography on the theme of sakura cherry blossom in the areas in North-East Japan affected by the 2011 earthquake and tsunami, and the stories they tell. From the sakura that bloomed against all odds in the areas where many trees were swept away or damaged by the tsunami; to the sakura that bloomed in the evacuation zones where no one was able to enjoy them, these images demonstrate the importance of these flowers as symbols of hope and vestiges of the past.
