Yasuo Kiyonaga “The Landscapes Behind the Eyelids”
Photo Gallery Artisan Japanesque
This event has ended.
Yasuo Kiyonaga attempts to record the afterimages and patterns that linger in one’s vision after closing one’s eyes through photography. He does this by first painting the image on a large wooden board using a bamboo broom, photographing it, then repeating the process.
