poster for Arts and Memories

This event has ended.

Tatsuno City in Hyogo has rich cultural heritage, including a local soy sauce industry and centre of Sekimon-shingaku, a moral philosophy based on Confucianism, Shinto and Buddhism, both dating back to the Edo Period. This exhibition of contemporary art is part of efforts to encourage more tourists to this castle town. A young local composer, Shoichi Yabuta, is also invited to give a sound performance.
