This event has ended.

In a dark room: white particles, like snow, shoot into the air like a fountain. This installation is the creation of two artists, Yosuke Yabu and Masahiro Hatakeyama, who strive to present art as a physical and scientific phenomenon. Using a computer-controlled fan, they project white foam beads into the air in geometrical formations. In this exhibition, called “raison d’être,” The stark contrast of black and white alludes to the directly opposing elements such as light and shadow, and even life and death, on the one hand, while also addressing how the light and darkness influence our perception of the world.
