This event has ended.

The Swiss photographer Werner Bischof was the first member of Magnum Photos to visit Japan. Passing away at the young age of 38, he spent a year of his life in Japan, during which he showed the world Japan’s new age of post-war revival in photographs that blended the sharp perspective of a news photographer with the aesthetics of an artist. This exhibition is part of Kyotographie.
