Duration her 8 years in Kansai and her 3 years since returning to Shikoku, Michiyo Yano has immersed herself in the forest and walked rural landscapes on her own personal pilgrimage. Photographs taken with her film camera during this time are on show in this exhibition, which is arranged according to her collections, “Waking of the Forest,” “Circulation of Life,” “The Thing that Fades,” and “Forest of Light and Darkness.”
