In addition for doing work for ad campaigns and fashion magazines such as “Soen”, “Ginza”, and “Spur”, Osamu Yokonami pursues photography with his own unique aesthetics and motifs. His intimate “Shi Shashin” (Personal Photos) series has attracted attention in the U.S. and Europe, and has been selected for the collections of two galleries in the U.S. and Holland. Two exhibitions of his works are now on display in Kansai, “1000 Children” at Colissimo, and “Assembly” at Rizm. These galleries are located approximately 100 meters from each other.
