The 12th Art Osaka art fair will be held July 12 (Sat) and 13 (Sun) on the 26th floor of Hotel Granvia Osaka (directly attached to Osaka Station). Art Osaka started out centered on the local commercial gallery Art in Caso, which aims to promote and create a market for contemporary art. The fair, which introduces trends in the Kansai art scene by representing current contemporary art, emphasizes both quality and diversity with extensive roundup of outstanding works by the next generation of creators, accomplished mid-career artists, and not-yet widely known masters.
