Miho Oshida’s photographs of the Poland concentration camps Auschwitz and Majdanek attest to the nightmare of the Nazi regime and the symbolism of its bitter legacy. Oshida follows the forests, lakes, and snow-laden fields surrounding the former camps, capturing a “light of the lost” with chilling silence.
