Kenjiro Mikami “Dilapidated Window”
Canon Gallery Umeda
This event has ended.
An exhibition of Kenjiro Mikami’s photographs that capture scenes from a dilapidated window. Mikami’s photographs feature disused and obsolete buildings which decay quickly or slowly over time, without being pulled down. Ruined buildings still have an atmosphere of existence. Where does this atmosphere come from? Is it nature’s erosion of the roof and walls, or is it from the thoughts of people long ago disappeared?
