Saiko Hayashi is an artist who transforms the essence of a place through the slightest addition to the spaces of existing architectures, with work such as “Kagonome”, a series of wooden appendages from floor to ceiling extending the original structure of the space, achieving a new relation between the viewer and their built environment.
